ML-driven NOx emissions forecasting for a fleet of gas turbines
Designed and deployed a machine-learning pipeline that ingests AVEVA PI historian data and predicts NOx emissions ahead of permit thresholds — giving operators time to react instead of fines to pay. Sub-0.5 ppm average error against true readings across the fleet.
Fleet-wide ML monitoring & AI tooling for 50+ gas turbines
Built the analytics backbone behind a 20+ client gas-turbine monitoring program: ML models for fleet health and predictive maintenance, real-time NASA-algorithm-based performance calculations across 80,000+ data nodes, and an AWS-deployed AI troubleshooting chatbot grounded in proprietary engineering data. Outputs feed monthly client reports that have averaged a 2.2% efficiency uplift per customer.
Bluebeam markup pipeline & project analytics platform
Built a centralized data architecture for a construction-tech firm running on Bluebeam Revu. Extracted markup quantities, measurements, and annotations via Bluebeam's native exports and API surfaces, then transformed the data into an integrated analytics platform with automated dashboards and regression models — giving the team portfolio-level visibility into cost trends, efficiency patterns, and probability analysis to drive better project decisions.
